In A Grade it was a tight affair, with three players posting 39 points.

Peter Waters claimed the count-back victory in front of Wayne Elliot and Andrew Stark.

Other winners included Tony Klug, Parker Smith, Tony McGregor, Peter Lock, Ian Ritter, Peter Jones, Shane Brook, Rob McIntyre, Digger Richardson, Gary McCormack, Jayden Eldridge, Brian Simmonds, Ian Ewart, Paul Kenny, Roger Davis and Aaron Bickley.

It was enough to hold on by one point from Marie Douglas and Sue Coulter both with 39, with Douglas taking second by count-back.

Lois Harvey finished fourth with 37 points, while Heather Hadnum and Bordertown Golf Club visitor Tilly Miels tied on 35 points.

Miels made the drive worthwhile by claiming the pro-shot on the 16th hole and the shot-of-the-day on the eighth, where she calmly rolled the putt in for a two.
