LAST round’s Midweek Pennant bowls competition saw Port MacDonnell Red play on the Mount Gambier RSL greens.
After good wins on both rinks, the guests defeated the RSL with a final scoreline of 68/14 to 21/0.
The Port MacDonnell Blue side played host to Penola, where it also won on both rinks, for an eventual 61/14 to 30/0 victory.
The Green team was not as fortunate this round, as it hosted the Naracoorte RSL for a 50/14 to 36/0 defeat.
Last week’s social bowls competition was cancelled due to extreme heat.
