A DEDICATED member of the Mount Burr Netball Club, Megan Thiele, reached a major milestone on the weekend as she notched up 100 senior games.

Thiele has played all her netball at Mount Burr and was a successful player as part of junior premiership sides.

She began playing senior netball as a junior player, with her A Grade debut at 15 years of age.

She was a regular A Grade player, often playing two games in a day.

When graduating to the senior ranks, Thiele continued to play in the A Grade side as a risk-taking defensive player, who often forced turnovers.

Her talent and defensive skills were rewarded by wining the club A Grade best and fairest in 2015.

Thiele moved away for work and was sorely missed from the A Grade side, then warmly welcomed back upon her return.

She has also had time away from the game when having her two children Parker and Oakely with Mount Burr boy Scott Gamble.

This season Thiele is again a strength in the defensive end of the court in A Grade.

The club congratulates her on her achievement and looks forward to her continued success.
