A SOUTH East training squad has been announced ahead of the 2024 South Australian Women’s Football Championships in July.
Payers have been selected from the Limestone Coast Women’s Football League and will be cut down to the final playing squad closer to the event.
Each Zone competing in the Championships will nominate a playing squad of 22, with all players eligible to compete in all scheduled matches.
Kybybolite’s Chris Boston will coach the representative side, assisted by Casterton Sandford’s Scarlett Jarrad.
The squad will commence training on Sunday, June 2 in Penola at 10am and will continue to train leading up to the Championships, which are to be held on July 13 and 14 in Victor Harbour.
The training schedule will vary with some sessions on Friday nights to accommodate involvement in other Sunday sports and activities.
