WITH the final night of Night Owls competition for the Millicent Bowling Club season now done, players will look forward to presentation night and a barbecue.
It is also a chance for any team that would like to challenge either a team they have played during the year or a team that is in a higher colour they would like to challenge to see what happens.
As for the competition on the final night, touches came from Dion Howell (Bits & Pieces) 3, Craig Stewart (Somerset Seniors) 3 and Trevor Reilly (Here 4 Beer) 4.
Red Division went to Grand Hotel – Bill Mullan, Jim Taylor, Chris Vearing and Jamie Vearing – who defeated Mossies 28+4.
Other winners were Maccas 27+5, Rovers 27+1, Untouchables 25+2 and Jack Attack 25+1.
Blue Division went to Rotary – Ian Nitske, Aaron Emonson, Peter Gregurke and Greg De Pamphilis – who defeated Rams 28+20.
Other winners were Somerset Seniors 26+7, Birdies 26+1 and Acky’s Owls 25+5.
White Divisionwas won by Miss Fitts – Margaret Lang, Joy Warren, Jan Buhlmann and Oor Grosvenor – who defeated Black Beetles 28+14.
Other winners were X Factor 27+9, Gizzies Crew 27+6, Lions Roar 26+4 and Lion Cubs 25+3.
