With several bowls events happening across the Limestone Coast last week, numbers at the Millicent Bowls Club were down for its weekly 2-4-2 competition.
However, 24 regulars bowlers still showed up for a game, with reasonable weather for the competition.
The winning team consisted of Brian Goode and David Reichelt with a score of 35+17.
Steve Skeer and Brian Roper finished runners-up with a score of 32+17.
Other winning teams: Derek Bowering/Peter Bateman 33+9; Steve Carnellor/Jim Campbell 32+17; Ross Warren/Eddie Hann 31+2; Ian Ross/Andre Reinders 30+4.
