MOUNT Gambier Golf Club junior champion Blake Schroder has made the South Australian 12 and under team which will compete in the School Sport Australia 12 and Under Golf Championships in Canberra from November 13-17.
Schroder won the Mount Gambier Golf Club’s C Grade Men’s Championship earlier this year.
As part of the club’s Junior Development Program, Schroder was presented with a cheque for $1000 by president Trevor Roberts to help with his costs to get to Canberra.
The money was raised through the generosity of the members, with a contribution from the Junior Development Fund.
