Hole-in-one

OVER the holidays son of members Lucy and Phil Richards, Andrew Richards scored a feat that not many golfers get to do on the 287 metre par four, 15th.

Using a hire set Andrew drove his driver up over the trees in line with the green and after walking around the corner of the dog leg and approaching the green he found his ball at the bottom of the hole.

Not only was it a hole-in-one, but it also was a very rare Albatross which is a score of three under for the hole.

To add to the achievement Andrew played with a Port Power golf ball which was given to him by his father knowing that Andrew is an avid crows supporter.

However, it did not seem to worry him as he had much pleasure in achieving his first ever hole-in-one alongside his parents.
