VISITATION rights at hospitals across the Limestone Coast have been lifted once again.

Lifted late last week, visitor numbers are no longer restricted however, physical distancing and room capacity numbers must still be complied with.

Children are also allowed as visitors to the hospital but are strongly urged to wear a surgical mask.

Children are also now able to visit residential aged care facilities with those over the age of six months needing a 2022 flu vaccination.

All visitors to the aged care facilities must also be vaccinated against Covid-19 as well as the 2022 flu vaccination.

Visitors remain unable to enter the emergency department to accompany a patient at any site.

Visiting times at the hospitals are between 12pm and 5pm and 7pm to 8pm.
