Active Citizen of the Year Award for Sorby Adams ward was presented by ward councillor Dale Price (right) to Carol Grbich (centre) with her husband John Berger. Secretary of the National Trust Glencoe Woolshed Committee, Carol wrote with John the award winning book 'The Accidental Heiress' about Letitia Leake, the daughter of Edward Leake who, with his brother Robert moved to Glencoe in 1844 to establish Glencoe Station. "I feel like a bit of a fraud as they are so many people in Glencoe putting in so much work so I like to regard myself as just representing that group," Carol said in accepting the award.
