MICHAEL Teakle is a bit like Santa Claus this month – he’s delivering Christmas cheer along with boxes of product to Mount Gambier business places.
A delivery man with Toll, Michael thought he’d add a bit of Christmas colour to his uniform this month and donned a novelty ‘Christmas Elf’ hat to inject some Christmas spirit into his rounds.
This is the first time in his six years as a delivery man that he has taken up the task of spreading some cheer in this way and the reaction has been positive with his appearance generating plenty of smiles and people taking photographs of him.
“I’ve even had photos taken with kids who were excited to see an elf,” he said.
