Lioness Club of Mount Gambier 40th Anniversary

PAST and present members of the Lioness Club of Mount Gambier gathered at the Main Corner over the weekend to celebrate the club’s 40th anniversary.

The club hosted a high tea between 3pm and 7pm with over 90 past and present Lioness members, in addition to their partners and friends of the club.

Charter president Gayle Green said the event was a great success for the club.

“It surpassed everything we could have hoped for,” she said.

“We had such positive feedback from the people who attended, everyone had a lovely time catching up with old friends.”

Ms Green said the club was looking forward to the year ahead in addition to another 40 years together.
