DESPITE the cooler weather and racing being postponed due to conditions, the 2018 Scott Group of Companies Mount Gambier Gold Cup was well attended on the first day of December.
Around 300 guests attended the Koonara Summer Club Marquee, hosted by Dru and Nicole Reschke, which was filled with sophisticated fashion, fantastic local wine, food and entertainment.
More than $1500 was raised for the Robert Connor Dawes Foundation, a charity dedicated to the research of children’s brain tumours.
Music was provided by Warrnambool jazz band Tank Dilemma, Lizzie Coke and DJ Justin.
