Kalangadoo history launch

Des Noll At Kalangadooweb TBW Newsgroup
PROUD OF OUR TOWN: Wattle Range Mayor Des Noll recently launched the Kalangadoo historical brochure at the Railway Terrace parklands.

A CROWD of around 30 people recently gathered at the Railway Terrace parklands in Kalangadoo to launch a newly-produced brochure guiding a historical walk of the town.

Among the group were students from Kalangadoo Primary School.

The brochure guides walkers to 29 different locations around Kalangadoo and features a brief history of each site.

It has been developed by resident Sandra Young with help from Nick Hunt and Peter Savage.

The Kalangadoo Walk with History brochure is available at a number of locations in Kalangadoo, at council’s visitor information centres and on its website.
