ST MARTINS Lutheran College was full of colour recently when the primary student representative committee held a house day to raise funds for the Mount Gambier Hospital Children’s Ward.

The committee set a target of $1000 and raised $1016.

Students were invited to wear house colours and make a donation, sharing team spirit with the whole school.

The committee was glad to hear the funds raised would be put towards creation of a treatment room for children.

This will not only create a child-friendly facility, but provide better outcomes for the physical and emotional health of young patients.
