NUBMERS were down for the Millicent Bowls Club’s 2-4-2 competition last week due to the funeral of one a long-time club member, Maureen Fitter.
However, 41 players still registered to play in windy conditions.
Robby Chambers and Ian Ross claimed the honours on the day with a score of 33+17, from runners-up John Eldridge and Peter Hyland with 32+7.
