HALLMONT Estate residents and their families were delighted by dazzling performances at the Hallmont Estate Christmas Concert on Sunday night.
Master of Ceremonies Bill Chant welcomed attendees before Maryke Dance Academy students performed a concert piece.
Accompanied by resident Cheryl Driscoll, the audience sang traditional carols including Joy to the World and Oh Come All Ye Faithful at intervals during the concert.
Margaret Cleves School of Dancing students impressed with traditional Highland Dancing before Broadway Jazz student Ryan Thompson performed his prize-winning Birth of the Blues routine.
Recently formed by residents Mavis and Colin Thompson, the Hallmont Choir performed four songs under the guidance of 16 year old conductor and talented musician Aimee Black.
Ms Black later performed Nuvole Bianche on piano.
Young singer/songwriter Ellyana Sims sang two original songs and Mount Gambier Hospital staff, led by renal dialysis unit manager Nebu Mathew, performed four Bollywood dances.
Hallmont Estate Residents Association chairperson Bill Gould conveyed his sincere gratitude to performers and volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes.
