ROBE’S A Grade netballers chalked up a solid victory over Kongorong in Round 12 of Mid South East netball on Saturday.
The Roosters made an impressive start, with strategic court patience and intensive one-on-one pressure, forcing errors from Kongorong.
Emillie Gould and Alannah Jennings demonstrated great communication, particularly in the goal circle.
The team maintained a high conversion rate, thanks to the accurate shooting of Sarah Laurie and Demi Carter.
With strong drives through the mid-court, ensuring few mistakes over the course of the game were made, the Roosters finished with a 32-goal lead.
Gould and Laurie were named best for the victors.
