Ideal weather greeted 30 Millicent Bowls Club members last week for a 2-4-2 competition.
Brain Goode and Derek Bowering claimed the overall honours with a score of 35+21 shots up, only losing five of the 20 ends played.
Garth Baker and Neil Whelan finished runners-up with a score of 32+14.
Other winning teams were Sam Schofield/John Scudds 31+10, a triple of Steve Skeer/Lyn Scudds/Iain Campbell 31+7.
Arthur O’Connell, Rod Gibbs 31+7. Peter Dunnicliff, Steve Carnellor 31+3 and Denis Clifford, Peter Scanlon 29+4.
Members are reminded three new Pennant Open selectors are required, with nomination now open, with a meeting to be held tonight.
