Donhardt continues impressive form

THE Blue Lake Archers were back in action at Malseed Park for indoor archery.

Peter Donhardt continued his impressive indoor form when he won the Australian 18 metre indoor round.

Donhardt claimed the bragging rights for the highest score off the bow and landed perfectly on the handicap adjusted score of 300 points.

Paul Freeman finished in second place, eight points behind Donhardt.

The archers took part in a Short Canberra round for outdoor archery on Sunday in fine Autumn conditions.

The 90-arrow event was held over 50, 40 and 30 metres.

Ben Kilsby put in the best score off the bow but was unable to defeat Tamika Mullan who put in a strong perfromance.

Mullan reached the handicap adjusted score of 900 and was eight points ahead of Kilsby in second place.

Indoor archery will resume tonight at Malseed Park, followed by an outdoor round on Sunday at Corriedale park.
