DESPITE some blustery conditions at the Millicent Bowls Club last week, 32 players registered for the weekly 2-4-2 competition.
The winning pair for the day was Peter Scanlon and Ross Warren with a score of 33+15, just ahead of their nearest rivals.
In a close second place were Peter Dunnicliff and Bill Burdon, who finished with a score of 33+13.
Other winning teams: Terry Lonergan/David Reichelt 33+11; Chris Earl/Andre Reinders 32+3; Denis Clifford/Peter Bateman 31+6; Ros Varcoe/Rob Chambers 30+5; Derrick Lindh/Ian Ross 29+2; Lurlene Reinders 29+1.
Players are reminded the Mixed Pairs will be played March 14, with the Veterans Singles on March 30.
