DESPITE windy, cold conditions, 36 players braved the elements for a 2-4-2 competition at the Millicent Bowling Club.
Winning the day with a score of 33+20 shots up was the team of Arthur O’Connell and Bill Burdon.
Runners-up with a score 33+16 was the team of Ross Warren and Carl Schapel, who during the game scored a maximum eight shots in one end.
