Port MacDonnell v Kongorong

THIS is a must-win game for both Port MacDonnell and Kongorong in today’s Mid South East Netball Association fixture.

Both sides sit just outside the top four and will need to take the premiership points if they are to stay in touch in the second half of the season.

The Demons’ Megan Hein has been in form in recent weeks and combining well with Cody Manning in the goal circle.

However, they will be up against Jessie Little and Roxy Gibson who will force the shooting duo to earn every shot.

Both sides are versatile and will change up their positions if they need to gain the upper-hand.

Kongorong seems to be the more consistent side and as a result, it will take the points.

Robe v Glencoe

IT is hard to mount a case for Robe when it plays host to a dominant Glencoe outfit today.

The Murphies have challenged the sides above it on the ladder this season and are only getting stronger as the year goes on.

They had a big win over Nangwarry last round and will come into this match with confidence.

Sarah Edwards has been pivotal in defence for Glencoe and works well alongside Caitlin Liebich.

The defensive duo will make scoring difficult for Robe’s Halle Carter and Sarah Laurie.

Meanwhile, Chantelle Cocks and Ebony McDiarmid have been accurate in the opening rounds of the season and as a result the Roosters will not have any second chances.

Robe defenders Kimberly Austin and Laura Hawkins will do their best to limit the damage, but Glencoe will take the win.
