A MILLICENT man accused of multiple unlawful sexual acts against two children has been declared not guilty by a jury.
The five-day trial was heard in the Mount Gambier District Court last week, with the jury delivering its verdict on Friday, acquitting the 49 year old of the charges.
The man had faced four charges, including two counts of aggravated indecent assault, one count of indecent assault and one count of maintaining an unlawful sexual relationship with a child, all of which were dismissed.
