A MOUNT GAMBIER woman who cultivated a number of cannabis plants has been placed on a good behaviour bond.
Tracey Jane Revill, 50 appeared at the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court on October 2 for sentencing.
The prosecutor said Revill was found with two cannabis plants on March 13 during the execution of a search warrant, with one plant green in colour and approximately one metre tall.
The prosecutor said a second plant was also found, which had already been harvested.
During the search, a further 375g of dried cannabis was also found in the main bedroom, which was intended for the defendant’s consumption.
Magistrate Jack Fahey placed Revill on a 12-month, $200 good behaviour bond and ordered forfeiture of the cannabis plants.
