Small town makes big impact

PRAISE has flowed in for the Tarpeena Cancer Support Group – led by 90-year-old Poppy Howe – after last week’s article in The Border Watch detailing the group’s $15,000 donation towards the Cancer Council’s Greenhill Lodge.

Well done Poppy and the Tarpeena cancer committee, spent a short time at Greenhill Lodge with Dad, an oasis for country people when they go to Adelaide. ROBYN

So proud of Ms Howe and my little town. RICHARD
