BATTLE of the Bands is fast approaching and tickets are now up for grabs.
Co-organiser of the event Bronte Ellard said she was overwhelmed by the ticket sales so far.
“The support this early on has been amazing,” Ms Ellard said.
“We had all hoped for this enthusiasm, but it’s awesome to see how many people are already just as excited as we are.
“Don’t snooze on this one, tickets are selling fast and we wouldn’t want anyone to miss out.”
Ms Ellard said the committee aimed to make the event as accessible as possible.
“We have tried to keep ticket prices as low as we could, and we have made this a family-friendly event so everyone can come along and enjoy the day,” she said.
“At the end of the day, we’re here for the artists and the music – we really hope it will be an awesome day.”
Battle of the Bands is locked in for Saturday, October 5, from 2.00pm until late at the Woolstore Brewery.
Tickets will be available for purchase on the door, but are limited, so it is recommended to get in early.
