OVER 350 people attended the Psychic Expo on the weekend, hosted by Body and Soul Holistic Expos based in Geelong.

It was the first of this event in Mount Gambier/Berrin and owner Eden Turner was happy with the support from the local community.

“I had a really strong feeling to come here – I just felt like there was a need to come here,” he said.

“We like to go to places and try to service the town and offer something different.”

Exhibitors from Mount Gambier/Berrin, Casterton, Portland, Warrnambool and Melbourne attended the expo, showcasing their wares and spiritual gifts.

“It’s about trying to help communities – it’s about people who need a reading, people who need to buy crystals or people that need a healing,” Mr Turner said of the event.

“This will grow and when we are back here next year, we will have a lot more exhibitors.”

Mr Turner said he was looking forward to bringing it back next year and connecting again with the local community.

“I want to thank the people of Mount Gambier for coming out and supporting us,” he said.

“It’s about making a difference and connect with people.

“The people that have come in today – the overwhelming response from exhibitors said they are the nicest people, they’re just so lovely.”

Mr Turner said they are on the look out for local exhibitors for the Expo next year, and encouraged anybody to get in contact via their Facebook page.
