Tenison Woods College’s Academy of Hospitality Class of 2023 have celebrated the end of their two year VET course in style.
The group came together for a graduation and morning tea at the school’s Sugarloaf Café.
Across two years the students have gained experience in community engagement, preparation and service sessions in the Sugarloaf Café, and participated in many school catering activities, resulting in them gaining a Certificate II in Hospitality
VET Academy of Hospitality Teacher Jen McCourt said students worked across a range of immersive industry opportunities.
“As a training team we are always very excited to see students rise in not just skills and employability but also in their personal capacity and confidence.”
