TREMELLING House took home its sixth consecutive Junior School Sports Day at St Martins Lutheran College recently.

Lathered in zinc of their coloured house, students were put to the test with competitive events.

These events included sprints, 200m high jump and hurdles.

Other novelty events included the gumboot throw, egg and spoon race and sack race which kept the day light-hearted and full of activities.

Although the limelight was on the Junior School, the school spirit was shown with Year 7 students assisting volunteers and the parents and friends committee to ensure the day was fun for all.

Tremelling finished the day with 663 points while Yeates came in second with 623 points, Livingston finished with 551 points and Whitty came away with 504 points.
