THE second annual Limestone Coast Graduation Ceremony celebrated the achievements of 60 local graduates who have now secured career pathways for their futures.

Held on Wednesday, March 20, at the Sir Robert Helpmann Theatre, the event recognised graduates hailing from programs which ranged from horticulture, nursing and early childhood education to construction pathways and engineering in the fabrication trade.

TAFE SA chief executive David Coltman said the event recognised graduates for the dedication they showed towards their studies and goals in order to become qualified in their chosen fields.

“Vocational education and training qualifications provide students with practical skills and the latest industry knowledge and can put them on a path to a rewarding career,” Mr Coltman said.

“TAFE SA is committed to meeting the education and training needs of regional communities across the state and we know our graduates have skills that will be valued by employers and the wider community in the Limestone Coast at what is an exciting and important time for the region.”
