A sugarcraft workshop and demonstration, hosted by the South East Cake Designers, hit the sweet spot for a group of enthusiastic cake decorators last week.
With Rhonda Morris leading the workshop, she demonstrated the making of a camelia with leaves and buds, arranged around a hoop.
Then, guided by Ms Morris, the group set about making the flower with her help and assistance when required.
Following that, Ms Morris demonstrated how to make a Daschund puppy to end the day.
