Around 50 women who work in the dairy industry came together for Dairy SA’s annual Ladies Lunch held in OB Flat.

Dairy SA regional manager Melissa Hunter said the event, held Wednesday, November 22, offered a chance for women working in the dairy industry to network and have a bit of fun away from the farm.

“It’s part of our wellbeing program, we do this once a year in Mount Gambier and somewhere in the Adelaide region,” she said.

“It’s always nice to come together and talk to people that you can relate to and understand the pressures of farming and the role they undertake.

The event featured a paint and sip facilitated by artists Pariya Ziakas and Ruth Stephenson and lunch at The Apple Farm.
