LIMESTONE Coast TAFE graduates were celebrated at the Riddoch Arts and Cultural Centre in Mount Gambier/Berrin on Thursday, March 30.
The ceremony acknowledged all the work and achievements of the students who graduated at the end of 2022 from a range of different courses.
Members of the TAFE SA board and the Regional Skills Advisory Committee attended the ceremony to congratulate the graduates on their achievements.
TAFE SA chief executive David Coltman said before the event that it was a great opportunity to champion the importance of vocational education and training (VET) in the region.
“We’re thrilled to be hosting this graduation ceremony on the Limestone Coast to recognise graduates for the dedication they’ve shown in achieving their qualification and to wish them every success in the future,” he said.
“VET qualifications provide students with practical skills and knowledge and can put them on a path to a rewarding career.
“Our graduates, the Class of 2022, have skills that are valued by employers and the wider community.”
Mr Coltman also said TAFE SA has a “strong commitment“ to continuing the education and training of people in and from regional South Australia.
TAFE congratulated all graduating students from the class of 2022.
