Police have located an ‘Explorer K2’ Kayak at Orwell Rocks about 1.5km east of Port MacDonnell Caravan Park over Christmas.
About 4pm on December, 23 a member of the public located the Kayak with a life jacket. Police searched the area but were unable to locate the owner.
