THE search is on for South Australia’s 2021 Agricultural Town of the Year with nominations now open.
The award recognises South Australian towns excelling in agriculture and the flow on effect for the township and wider community.
Primary Industries and Regional Development Minister David Basham encouraged communities to get involved and nominate their town.
“Our Ag Town of the Year Award acknowledges the vital role that agriculture plays in the regional landscape – being the backbone of most regional communities,” Mr Basham said.
