THE Mount Gambier Timber Industry Club will host a keynote address at its next meeting on Monday.
Guest speaker Tammy Auld will discuss the purpose and structure of the National Institute for Forest Products Innovation (NIFPI) and the research hub in Mount Gambier.
Ms Auld is a woodflow manager for Timberlinks Pacific and chair of the NIFPI management committee.
The dinner meeting will be held at the South Australian Hotel in the Outback Room at 6.30pm.
It presents an opportunity to be updated on some of the growing innovation in the region’s forest-based industries and the club welcomes anyone interested.
