IT IS understood Samsung television owners city-wide have flocked to electrical retailers with malfunctioning televisions after a recent channel update.
Samsung service agents are investigating an “undetermined fault” affecting televisions in Mount Gambier and the Riverland.
Affected television screens faded to black on Friday night and Samsung television owners have been advised not to retune their channels until the cause is determined.
Local retailers declined to comment.
