A MOUNT Gambier man has been arrested after robbing a supermarket when he threatened staff with a crowbar in Mount Gambier.
A 36-year-old man entered the store at around 6pm on Swallow Drive armed with a crowbar and threatened staff, before stealing an amount of money.
No one was injured during the incident.
Police took statements at the scene, and later arrested the man at his home address.
He was charged with aggravated robbery, and was refused bail to appear in the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court today.
