YAHL Primary School students have continued to learn and grow despite the external challenges created by COVID-19.
The education facility has adopted many new features this school term including a mud kitchen nature play area spearheaded by student teacher Brooke Millard.
Students of all year levels have also helped aboriginal community education officer Marcus Wanganeen plant native flora over recent weeks which was made possible through the Bushmans Junior Landcare grant.
A handful of budding farmers also participated in this year’s Cows Create Careers program with the event’s finale held online last week.
