THE annual Penola Christmas Street Party was hosted again recently with a bumper crowd of community members showing up to celebrate the festive season.
Organised by the Penola and District Business and Tourism Association (PADBATA), the event featured a jumping castle, a decorated bike competition, the Penola Pipe Band and the PADBATA Christmas raffle.
Face painters, muscle cars and a free sausage sizzle were also part of the celebrations.
The coveted Penola and Coonawarra Stuffed Santa Competition trophy was also awarded with the Lambert family taking out first place.
