THOUSANDS of people flocked to Commercial Street on Saturday for the NF McDonnell and Sons Mount Gambier Christmas Parade.
The 59th annual parade heralded the start of the festive season, with 55 vibrant floats and seven brass bands participating in the largest regional Christmas parade in the state.
The parade was followed by the annual Party in the Park at the Cave Gardens.
