HEADSPACE Mount Gambier celebrated national headspace day on Thursday with an outdoor event at the site.
South East artist Jeremy Ievins designed a mural on the empty wall next to the Headspace building, allowing young people to pick up a brush to help add colour to the design.
A nationwide event, Headspace Day promotes the mental health and wellbeing of all young Australians.
Mount Gambier’s activities included a fitness circuit with Jetts Fitness personal trainers, live music from local talent Matt James and a barbecue supplied by the Rapid Relief Team.
