AROUND 30 cake decorating enthusiasts attended a demonstration and workshop at the Mount Gambier Showgrounds on Saturday.
Hosted by South Eastern Cake Designers, demonstrators from the Cake Decoratoring Association of South Australia shared their techniques.
Brenda Damen of Adelaide impressed with her chocolate flower adornment, while Marlene Spratt created a Frozen-themed masterpiece and June Jones showed her Lambeth piping method.
Attendees perfected their own piping techniques during the workshop.
