National Science Week at the Mount Gambier Library

THE Mount Gambier Library delivered a program of National Science Week activities last week to ignite the imaginations of school-aged children.

St Martins Lutheran College Year 4 students were among a number of school groups who enjoyed a “come and try” session with the library’s brand new Little Bits electronic kits.

The technology kits include electronic building blocks to create inventions large and small.

The library secured a grant through the Inspiring SA regional small grants program to purchase the Little Bits kits and they will now be available to the wider community.
