INCLEMENT weather failed to dampen spirits at the 27th annual Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival at the weekend.
Penola’s Memorial Park was a hub for families on Saturday with mini-golf, face painting and cookie decorating, while Church Street’s galleries attracted crowds looking to escape the cold.
This year’s program boasted live performances, exhibitions and experiences at venues across the region.
