DESPITE the weather, Millicent’s netballers shone at this year’s Western Border Netball Association grand finals at Island Park in Casterton.
The unstoppable A Grade side claimed its ninth consecutive flag while the Saints also succeeded in the A Reserve, Under 15A and Under 13A finals.
South Gambier was just as successful on the day claiming four premiership titles through its B Grade, C Grade, Under 17 and Under 13B sides.
East Gambier’s Under 15B team claimed the only premiership win for the Bulldogs on Saturday.
