Mount Gambier mystery millionaire collects win

CELEBRATING ANOTHER WINNER: Malcolm and Gina Domaschenz celebrate yet another division one winner drawn from their store.

MOUNT Gambier’s newest mystery millionaire has been found after hitting the jackpot in last week’s $1m Monday X Lotto draw.

The search was on last week after it was revealed no-one had claimed a winning ticket sold at Mount Gambier’s Rosaville Takeaway and Lotteries.

Store owners Malcolm and Gina Domaschenz said they were happy for the newly-minted millionaire.

“We are happy for them and congratulate them on their win and hope they enjoy themselves with their winnings,” Mr Domaschenz said.

“We wish them well and hope they use the money wisely to enjoy themselves.”

The winner was the 12th division one winner in the shop’s history and ninth in the 12 years since Mr and Ms Domaschenz have been there.

“We are stoked we have sold another division one winner,” Mr Domaschenz said.

The winner registered their entry to an EasiPlay Club card without updated contact details, leaving SA Lotteries with no way to contact them about the life changing win last week.

X Lotto created 194 millionaires across the nation last year.

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 157 this calendar year and includes 13 South Australians.
