The incident follows another break-in over the weekend which has resulted in police charging two men over the Mount Burr incident.
At around 9.45am on Saturday the occupants of the Thomas Drive home were confronted and assaulted after two men entered their property before fleeing the scene.
The victims, a 37-year-old man and 68-year-old man, were treated at the scene before they were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A 28-year-old man was located and arrested by Millicent police and local detectives.
He was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated assault causing harm and criminal trespass.
A second suspect, also from Mount Burr, was arrested on Sunday.
The 25-year-old was charged with aggravated assault and criminal trespass.
Both men were bailed to appear in the Millicent Magistrates Court on January 23.
Investigations remain ongoing, however police believe this was not a random attack.
