City store tops awards

BEAUMONT Tiles Mount Gambier has been recognised as one of the nation’s top tile retailers for its commitment to helping customers achieve their dream home through providing expert advice and high-quality customer service.

The store managed by local Cassie Arnold took out the SA Outstanding Achievement Award 2017/2018 at a gala dinner held at the Beaumont Tiles National Conference in Melbourne last month.

Ms Arnold said the win was a significant nod to the team’s focus on customer service and its commitment to helping customers achieve their renovation dream.

“As a team, we pride ourselves on in-depth technical knowledge, understanding the seasonal style trends and practicality, while at all times listening to what the customer wants and helping them get the right decision,” Ms Arnold said.

“From first time ‘do-it-yourself’ projects for people who are unsure what they really want right through to professional renovators and industry tilers, our team’s focus is to help unblock projects and get your reno started.”

Beaumont Tiles executive chairman Bob Beaumont said Mount Gambier Beaumont Tiles typified the customer service levels the company aimed to offer all Australians.
